GORDO IN THE 1970s: Late April 1974
Poor Poosy Gato -- the middle of April brings him surroundings so soggy that even the word balloons seem wet. Then, as the month winds down, Gordo's threats to hand Poosy over to the violin factory has caused some minor panic among the pets. By contrast, Owl is having a great couple of weeks with sly rhymes, sarcastic observations, and a bit of wit to wrap it all together.
